Gah! I'm heading to the eye doctor in an hour. I already hate the snotty receptionist. I'll be extra careful to save my receipt based upon your experience.

Unless you paid in cash <shudder> there is always a record that you paid. Credit card statement or canceled check......

How come your insurance won't pay for vision therapy? My son had vision therapy ten years ago, and it was covered by medical. Glasses/contacts weren't.

Wrongside, contact your insurance company and ask to have them look into your coverage and tell you if the treatment is allowed. Since the doctors office is lax in their paperwork perhaps they were also lax in finding out if your insurance covers such treatment. Stinks that you were caused so much stress. Relax and have a candy bar, or better a large glass of wine. Bon Bon's might be nice too.
