It is the playboy mansion. Of course there is smoking. But I don't think meat cigars give off second hand smoke.

I don't know. They don't smoke inside from what I can see, but I know when I sit out on the patio at the vino bar my throat feels like I smoked a carton of cigs the next day. I only know 3 Italians that don't smoke.
Most of Europe smokes.

I have seen enough people in my family die from COPD. That convinced me at an early age.

If they were watching her, I don't really see the problem. Those baby ear muffs are really popular with celebs, so they might have put those on her to protect her ears. I have slept through a lot of loud events (as a child and as an adult): rock concerts, NFL football games (in the stadium), etc. When you're out, you're out! Doesn't matter how loud it is.
The picture of the baby and of them is obviously on the same red couch, so I don't think it was like they set her down and then went off to party without watching her, but who knows.

And they criticize us for being obese - so, there are enough unhealthy habits to go all around the world.

I would have to check the lung cancer statistics here, but their cigs seem to have less chemicals in them? Either way, I am an ex smoker and a few of my friends thought I would start smoking again once moving here....nope. I honestly have zero desire. I get enough second hand smoke to kill any smoking desire. I try get up and move around when my Italian friends light up. I will make an excuse to order more wine (like I need an excuse..), or to run to the bathroom...something so I am not in direct contact with it. I still get a sore throat though. So yeah, smoking is horrible here. They do have a lot of healthier eating habits, but their smoking and drinking probably cancels that out. As far as taking a baby to the mansion...I probably wouldn't because I just don't think it is a place for a baby. But I am not going to judge them for doing it. The baby doesn't look to be in danger.

I don't think it's wrong that they took the baby, but it's classless, attention whoring.
I also think that the way Camille presents herself publicly is pretty classless (since I don't know her privately), but a current wife dressing up as an ex-wife is just plain mean-spirited.

I don't see a big deal with bringing a baby there. Dressing as your husband's ex-wife is lame. In fact, both of their costume's are lame. They look as bad as a college Halloween party where nobody has any money, so they just buy some random cape, and pull a dress out of their closet and then pretend it is a costume. Seriously Kelsey - you are a pretty big star, couldn't you get someone to iron the wrinkles out of that thing you just pulled out of a plastic bag? I mean - what are you a devil? Where are your horns? A Vampire? Why no teeth or white skin makeup? A douche in a cape canoe? fixed

Hell no! Talk about a weenie shrinker. Might as well bring one of those STD posters with the grotesque pictures while you're at it. Or have your grandmother follow you around all night giving you the stink eye.
