Have any of you had experience with TurboTax Premier?
I've used TurboTax Deluxe for years. Our taxes are not that difficult. We do have a number of investments - stock, mutual funds, etc. We do not have rental property. TurboTax Premier is promoted as for those with investments and rental property.
Does TurboTax Premier really have more features relating to investments compared to TurboTax Deluxe?

I've used both. I always start with Deluxe. If I need to enter stock sales, it asks if I want to upgrade. I say yes. I think you can still enter stock sales with Deluxe, but it's less "guided". Even with Permier though, my last round of selling shares purchased through an ESPP was fairly confusing.
If it turns out you don't want to upgrade, be warned that I've never successfully down graded.

I'm using deluxe, and it sucks. See my thread over at the tax forum looking for something better. Child care credit form didn't foot last year, depreciation on the rentals didn't update until this weekend on our partnership return (even though 27.5 yr has been the rule as long as I've been doing taxes).

We use TT Premier. We have one rental. I have no issues with it.
