Hubby's deceased wife was a shop-o-holic and we have a lot of things I would love to donate somewhere. Blender, food processor, mini-blender, that I can think of right now. How big a food processor?

A Kindle book reader. I'm a voracious reader, but I still haven't got much use of it yet. Maybe I'll finally turn the corner and get used to it, but I still can't completely do away with purchasing actual books yet.

I bought a Nook for my husband last year, and I was so afraid he wouldn't use it. I asked all the readers I knew how they felt about the switch. A whole bunch of YM people said it was the most awesome ever.
My husband loves his. He got a whole bunch of the classics, which are all free. He read stuff he hadn't read. And when a book comes up he wants, it is at least a few bucks cheaper electronically.
I think you just have to pick a book or two to put on there - something you really, really want to read. After you read them, you will know if you love it or hate it.
Sheilaincali - I want a vacuum packer - if I send you money for shipping, will you send yours to me?

thyme4change: Let me think about it. Every time I bring up getting rid of it to DH is comes up with a plan to use the damn thing. (hence the 3 uses).

Wii Fit. DH surprised me with one for Christmas in 2009. The package was handed to me about 5 minutes AFTER I said I wanted a Wii Fit but not right now because with a newborn and a toddler I'd never have the time to use it. So DH has used it 2 or 3 times and I haven't used it at all.
