I was always Mr No Neck
And yes...we got dressed up, and brought the toast, water pistols, etc
Havent been to a show in years, but my count was over 800 viewings 20+ years ago

So would it be weird for a group of people in their *ahem* 30's/40's to go to a Halloween showing?

Yes, went to a midnight show of Rocky Horror at the Varsity theater in downtown Palo Alto when I lived out there in the early 80's. Lots of people throwing toast, rice and using water guns....what fun.

During the mid 80s, I went to a show in Berkeley once. That was super fun!
My daughter is 22, and she and some of her friends like it, too.

I've dressed up every time except my first time. I've seen it in the Village, Nyack NY, Boston MA, and Denver CO. I directed the production for my college for 3 years and played Riff my senior year of college.
So - yeah. I've been.
Last time I went I was 26 years old, and a 17 year old guy tried to hit on me. I ended up going out the diner afterwards and talked to him, turns out I worked with his mom. If he had been anymore embarassed I think he would have fallen through the floor.

Went a couple times, maybe three. Didn't dress up. Roommates in college had the album. Wore it out. Had to buy it again. ;D

He'll, I still do it. Now I haven't done it in Michigan but that's understandable. DF has never done it but I doubt I could keep him up til midnight anyway.

Well, it's not happening for me this year. We have DH's golf banquet that night even though HE ASSURED ME WE HAD NOTHING ELSE GOING ON THAT NIGHT WHEN I STARTED MAKING PLANS TO GO!!!! I'd bail but he already paid for our meals. The good thing is that everyone that was planning on going is up for trying again next year. The bad thing is that I don't think we'll have anymore "30-somethings" by then.

Can he take ANYONE else in the family with him? A BIL or one of the kids or something? I'm assuming he's already had his beating.
