So I've sold CDs on the secondary market thru Fidelity w/o a problem. I have this one in Schwab however. Tried to do it the same way where I set my price and then either it's met that day or expires. Unfortunately, you cannot sell in the secondary market the same way. They put it out to bid and then let you know w/i an hour what price it came in at?!? So frustrating. Now I have to do an estimate of what it will cost to sell [$20 + $25 their fee] + interest paid to maturity [$70] + unknown value vs apx income in PONDX to the same maturity to determine which investment is better!! Would prefer to have all upfront as they only hold it out an hour vs day!

Not familiar with selleng CD's on the secondary market, but the situation you now find yourself in sure sounds like a bummer.

From now on all CDs will be at Fidelity where I control the sale. I should have made money on it today.
