I'm 29, live in Olathe, KS (Kansas City area) for now (moving to Dallas area this spring for a job transfer), married for 7 months, no kids (yet). I'm a mech engineer (B.S. from TCU/Masters from Purdue), and like to scrapbook, read, and travel.
@bookcrazychic - I grew up in SE Kansas! My parents still live there, so we're in the area pretty frequently - love going back to small-town life (even if it's only for short visits).

I am a 31-year-old Buyer who lives in Queens, NY. I too, am thinking about going back to school, probably in the summer. I have over 100 credits but no degree, and the college that I am interested in will take up to 96. I started part-time at the company I am with ten years ago, and just kept getting promoted.
No husband or pets, but I spoil my nieces. I am also a vegan - the nice kind.

I'm a 63 year old retiree, married for 37 years. During our working years I was an administrative assistant and he spent 36 years in municipal government as a traffic and public works engineer.
I live in Houston which I consider the greatest city on Earth and love gardening, volunteering, interfaith spiritual studies and wine.
We agreed prior to our marriage not to have human children, but have parented an endless series of dogs, cats, guinea pigs and horses. We are currently staff to one spoiled cat our neighbor found in her backyard as a kitten.

47 year old owner of a land surveying/engineering firm in Indianapolis. Married for 23 years with a 19 year old son in college, 17 year old son and 15 year old daughter, both in high school. DW works for an education company setting up online courses for various associations and societies. In my spare time I coach youth sports and train for running races up to half-marathons.
And yes, I have an engineering degree (from Purdue) and have also passed the professional engineering exam.

Almost 27, married to my high school sweetheart since 2009, no kids (and no plans for them), and just bought our first house (we're moving in this weekend!) I work as an attorney for the state government, DH is a full-time student. I also hope nobody I know IRL frequents this board, because I'm not doing a very good job of disguising myself

I'm debating going back to school this summer to obtain a BA in Business Finance. I'm having trouble getting motivated even though my work will pay for most of it. Its so much easier to come home after work and sit on the couch drinking wine, that it is to go sit in a classroom for 3 hours listening to a monotoned nerd in a tweed jacket (no offense to the professors out there...tweed is hot!) I hear you! I want to get my Masters, work covers tuition, yadda yadda yadda, I really like my evening wine. I'm a 29-year-old medical editor. I do awesome work. I have an annoying cat and a cute BF, though some days those terms are reversed. I have a journalism degree and I know how to use it. Let's see... we've been together 3.5 years and have been living together... almost 3.5 years! We have no plans for kids at all and marriage will come when we break down and just do it.

I am (ahem) over 30-?!? and live in the Midwest with my DH & my 2 teenagers, and my youngest has a disability that keeps me on my toes. (Therapy schedule, etc.) Due to youngest child's issues, I currently work part-time. I also oversee the lives of 2 relatives, 1 disabled & 1 elderly. I hate winter too, and am always looking for suggestions of good places to retire to when I'm older. I do have hobbies, but just don't have much time to do them (you other parents of teenagers understand!) I did earn my B.A., but mostly use it to deal with everyday living. And, I'm currently praying for an early spring!
