Lone if you really have a lot of allergies, i recommend asking your doctor for a Kenalog shot in a few weeks before allergy season hits. It is kind of an older treatment but really works. It is a single injection that you can get for a few years. it doesn't seem to work forever but might give you a few seasons of relief. I had bad allergies years ago and i would get that as single shot in the spring.
