Herekitty: Dollar General was giving you BS because your $5.00 Q should've worked. I went yesterday and did great on freap Gain, Gillette bodywash, Dove deordorant, Hefty garbage bags and a 4 lb. bag of sugar. I paid $4.59 for 14 items. I usually don't like shopping there but my sister has been doing so well with the $5.00 Q's buying her dog and cat food, I thought I'd give it a try. Ruby: I thought it was a bunch of crapola, but thanks for confirming. I emailed customer service, so we'll see what happens. Anyone who has a 20% wellness discount can get the small size Gain fabric softener for $2.39, and typically overage if you have other items. If you have any $2 off Dove deodorant q's you couldn't use last week at RA due to lack of stock, they are $1.99 after in-ad q this week at WAGS.

CVS Warning - the single cadbury eggs didn't ring up at $0.75 or gave the ECB this morning. the cashier said it was only the bags of mini eggs as part of the deal. i pointed out the fine print that did include the the single eggs. instead of trying to give me $ back & make the EB print she force printed an EB for $1. check your receipts if you buy this one to make sure it rings the right price & you get your EB. GDA - the green bottle of Veet was clearanced at my CVS today. there is a $3/1 IP listed in iheartcvs's coupon database. my transaction looked like this: veet - 5.49 (50% off, $10.99 reg. price) eos lip - 2.99 used $3/1 IP used a $5 EB that expires next week. OOP $0.48+0.04 tax = 0.52, got back $2.99 EB for eos & $1 EB for bag tag. including the loss on the EB exchange true cost to me $1.53. since the eos was free after EB i'm gonna consider this the cost of the veet only. so i saved 86% off the retail price. BTW, this is one item i will use so i LOVE that i saved so much & don't mind that it wasn't absolutely free. NAG, but kinda funny re: VEET The last time I bought this, I left it in the shower. A while later, it was gone when I tried to use it. I mentioned it to my DH, who asked what it was for. After I explained, he said "Man, that's why my face burned like h#$@!" He thought it was shaving cream and used it to shave!!! Last time he made that mistake!

Dancin: the weird thing is, is that she sends the coupons out (usually) on the Saturday before the Sunday paper? ? Which means she must have them Friday or sooner. Hmmm.....that's pretty interesting. When you get the inserts, are there any newspaper names written on the spine? I just wonder where the heck they get them.

*sigh* No Purex Coupon for me either. And DH was excited about me getting the stuff for so cheap! I was able to hit WAGS yesterday morning for the Kleenex deal before the snow fell & things got cruddy here. Looks like another slow WAGS week for me, though I have some RRs that I have to use this week.

Yes, it is me wanting the pistachio coupons. Thanks everyone for looking. DH will literally eat a whole 8 oz. bag in a sitting (but who am I to complain as so can I). I figure they are better than chips but they hardly ever go on sale. The dollar Qs really help out.

Good Morning, Hounds! I am finally feeling better and am home from my surgery (2/18). I got home yesterday. I had a hysterectomy, and I have 5 small incisions on my stomach. I will have nothing to post about, because DH took away my car keys for two weeks as per the doctor's orders, LOL. Thanks again for all of your support, good thoughts and prayers.

I was able to use the 5/25 coupon that was available for 2/19 only at dollar general by giving it to the cashier first when my total was still just over $25 and then giving my other q's. Also wanted to note that I read on a blog that DG had a smaller size dove deo for $1.85 which I was able to find at my store and use the $2 Q for overage with no beeps or questions.

Went to Petsmart. ALL varieties of the 4.5 lb bags of Science Diet are on sale for $5. My store had a TON. I didn't get the insert Q, so, used the IP's from Hill's website. I bought 6 bags and used 2 $8/1 (gave overage) and 4 $3/1. ALSO, if you print the IP's from their website, it will print a $3/1 Science Diet treats and they had several varieties on sale for 2.50. Somehow I left one of these Q's at home, but, I got so much free stuff today, I was very, very happy! On the website except for the $3 Q, the others are all on larger bags. You were able to use them?

Target ?? 1. Is there a way to tell the difference between a MC and a Target Q on their website before you print?
2. I am only allowed to print 2 Qs per computer. But they have the same number on the barcode. So why a limit? I wouldn't copy them since that's a no-no, but couldn't someone and still use them?

Well, I printed my Hill's Science Diet Qs and off to Pet Smart I went. I had (4) $8/1s and (6) $3/1 for a grand total of $50 in Qs. I bought (10) bags and paid $4.63 in sales tax. I got (6) bags for The Rocket Man and (4) bags for Buddy the Beagle. I have a rain check for (10) bags of the Lite food which I will buy for Buddy even though he's in pretty good shape. I don't think a little light food mixed in with the regular will hurt. If you were to sign in under someone else's ID, could you print more? I am blocked from printing from that site at work and the printer I ordered online hasn't arrived yet.

Did the petsmart deal at lunch - my mom's small dog will end up with 6 bags of food for 0.00 as I had 6 of the insert q's. Thanks to all talking about it!

Nope, I tried to set up another account for my other dog and it told me I had printed the maximum number allowed. I was able to do it from my second computer, but the printer was out of ink so they didn't print. No biggie though...I think the sale ends today and wasn't going to get back to the city to use them anyway.

Dancin: When you asked for a raincheck at PetSmart, did they limit your quantity? My DH just went to get one while using the IPs I printed, and they gave him an unlimited raincheck!!!

It just shows you that they are still making a good deal of profit even at 50% off. Since I have (10) coupons, I asked for (10). I got (10) yesterday and will get (10) more before my coupons expire and hopefully those will keep me going until the next FREE dog food deal. I'll see how it goes cuz I now have TWO puppy dog mouths to feed. I am planning my stockpile so that I have twice as much food for Buddy as I have for Rocket (as long as he's a puppy anyway) because Buddy eats twice as much.

Did anyone have trouble at Petsmart using the $8/1 IP's? I went to two different stores and neither one gave me a lick of trouble....I just love when things go "slick as snot". I just wish all stores were as easy as Petsmart!! I find that Target is also very easy to coupon. They never give me any trouble with using multiple Target Q's in one transaction. Sure does make it easy as not to have to do back to back transactions.
