What else? Will just send out CGA (long) again this week. The old nag will wake up and run again one of these days (at least there is always hope).

Sticking with TQQQ again.
He left the track last Thursday looking for his jockey named Buranke. Hopefully he had his fun in Jackson Hole grazing with all the dude ranch horses, and will be ready to run this week.

Tuesday prediction: Stupid horse, fasr out of the gate, then has to pull back. Not a good thing. It's sure to happen. And, it happens far too often.

BRP (Brookfield Residential Properties) (Long) (on NYSE)
Closed Friday at 14.17 Pleased with his performance last week, so I saddled him up again for this 4 day race. This uptrend started the last week in July. Moving Avg.lines have been consistant; the on bal. vol. nice uptrend, too. But he also told me he could care less about the collar of roses again.... rather have a friendly filly to visit with after the race.... LOL

Long IMKTA (Ingles Markets Inc. - Grocery Stores)
The price has flattened lately. I think it will break out one way or the other. My bet is to the upside.

<Fires the Trainer> ... he trotted out a pig to the gate. Bad day ahead, Duh. UPDATRE: The pig must have wings.... caught up with the "open" so the question "Can pigs fly?" may turn out to be true. Hope it turns out to be the equivilent of wings of an eagle. Fly, pig, fly! Now I have a problem. Should I rehire the Trainer? Maybe he doped up the pig with 5 hour Super Energy which may be declared illegal and get the pig disqualified. Decisions, decisions, decisions...

'Ole Blue ... Could hardly believe it. He started out at the gate like he wanted to go back the the sty and wallow in the mud. Must be a "morph" of some sort to suddenly sprout some wings. Do not believe he may soar very high as he is probably afraid of heights. May morph back into a horse by tomorrow. Perhaps piggy is just a pipe dream and I will wake up. You know, real old people like me have a tendency to "drift off".

I'd like to light a fire under mine [maybe not the best as it is oil] ~~ definitely lagging the market. Despite all 10 sectors up 1%+, Dow +1.87% Nasdaq +2.17% , VLO is only +0.72% today. (Even my OPTR is +4.98% but I d/n enter that one in the race)

triple turbo chargers work really well when they're pointing in the right direction! ;D Isn't that right, kadee? I haven't paid attention today. Been arguing on some political boards...not those here but others. Something MUST have happened! It may be time for me to sell all that old jewelry I don't wear any more??? I'll have to check the other gold prices first.

It may be time for me to sell all that old jewelry I don't wear any more??? I'll have to check the other gold prices first. Used to be in the jewelry business so I have some bad news for you re: selling gold. The price you see on the stock market is not the price you'll get for the jewelry. First of all, the gold is only 14 kt or 18kt, 24 kt in pure gold. So factor that in. Second, most of the cost of the piece initially is labor / profit. And that doesn't count when they are going to melt it down. Finally, they do not pay full value when they are going to melt it down. Better off to try to take it to a reseller or just keep it in the drawer. Someone in the family might eventually want it for sentimental value
