Do you vote all your proxies? I tend to vote most, as long as I can do it online. Mods, feel free to make this a poll.
I vote them all.
I never vote.
Depends on the size of my position.

I vote them sometimes. Yes, it depends on my position in the stock.

I have voted them in the past when I used to take long-term positions based upon buy-and-hope reasoning. I don't employ that strategy anymore; any and every stock I own is always for sale now-a-days. If I own a stock I wouldn't buy again today at today's price, I sell it. I never saw a case where anything contrary to the board recommendations came about because of proxy votes. So I think they are pretty much rigged. I suppose if one wanted to spend the time and money to actually go to the shareholder meeting, one might be slightly more effective in raising hell, which is probably why the majority of companies don't distribute information as to the actual time and place of the meetings until it's too late -- at least that's been my experience. Most of the proxies I get now are for tickers I've already sold. I don't vote any of those, of course, as I no longer have a dog in that fight.

Just my larger positions. I know in this case, it never really changes anything due to the "smallness" of my vote (holdings) when there are 100's of millions of shares outstanding. I do vote, on many of the proposals that are thrown in.

Jake, good to see you over on IBB. I generally vote, regardless of my position. Most of my holdings are long term. I hate this time of year because the proxies keep coming.
