I think we can all agree what has happened in Japan is truly a disaster and our hearts and prayers are with everyone there.
That being said...."Japan Inc." is not going to go under.
If one believes in "buy on the downturn"; what would be a good market play on Japan...infrastructure construction, construction in general, what?
