I'm going to try to download a picture. Well that didn't work. Gosh darn it all. Anyone know how to download a photo?
OK. Picture loaded. What a PITA. So, for Christmas DW got me two more matching 23" monitors and the needed electronics. DS and DIL gave me a wireless printer/copier/etc but this isn't in the photo. Now DW can print from her laptop without bothering me. Photo was taken by DW with her new Iphone which I gave her.

I had to throw together a shelf on Christmas day to hold the upper two monitors but it needed to tilt 15 degrees for viewing. Ugly shelf but functions well.

rovo - do you have spaces between the and the URL? If so, delete those. That fixed this one. Where is the source of your photo? Is it in photobucket? If so, that is really easy.

rovo, you are insane! You are supposed to be retired. That looks like too much work. I have CNBC on all day and the puter. That's enough!!! You are going to ruin your eyes trying to follow all that!!

Where are you copying from? If it's Photobucket, go to the picture you want, enlarge it and on the right, click (or double-click) the HTML code link (starts with [*img]). If it is a picture from the net, type [*img], copy the address WITHOUT any spaces, type[*/img]. Please ignore all the *; I'm trying to confuse the computer.

SBS, thanks. I will try that once I can understand it. I was just copying the url like moon said, and pasting between the two sets of brackets.

Yup, same thing. Just delete any spaces between the brackets and the URL. rovo, are you channelling MUD?

Am I insane? Maybe. I need the proper tools to do the best I can do in the markets. I retired from work so I can now do what I enjoy. This is what I enjoy doing. My fun job this year returned 5X what I was making in my real job. SBS: "Channeling MUD." Yes, I guess so with using "My" in the title. I won't do it again. I promise.

Rovo, I only trade so we don't have to spend down the "fortune". I am no longer in competitive mode. Although Crabby did tell me she wants more cash next year, so I have to find a way to provide. I would go back to work, but that takes sooooooo much time! My best bet may be to set up a tax free stream from the Roth, and just spend the earnings, but not the principal. Your method is just like being at work. Mind occupied every second!

RE: pics If you search for a pic on PhotoBucket and find one you like then look to the right and left click on the img address box then right click and select copy. To put the pic in your post just right click in the message box and select paste. No further formatting is needed. To copy and paste a pic from anywhere. Left click on the pic (no need to highlite it). Then the pic you chose should be in a box by itself. Left click on the web address box at the top and the address will be highlited. Rick click on the address and select copy. Then paste the address in your message box here and highlite the address. Then click on the Insert Image button on the editor panel here. It's bottom row and 4th over. No further formatting is needed. If the pic doesn't pop up in a box by itself then you can right click on the pic and choose properties. Highlite the URL address and right click on it and select copy. Paste the address here and highlite the address and push the Insert Image button on the editor screen. There may be easier ways. These are just some that I have found to work everytime.

If this technology and the screens had been available 20 years ago, I would have been all over it! Wow! You guys work hard. I prefer to collect dividends and do an occassional "day" trade.
Z thanks for the instructions. I will figure this out and have copied them.
