Ended up worse than expected, but the relentless short attacks on the China ADRs have taken their toll. There are some very "dirty" games going on with those shares. Not been a good year. And so it goes. CONGRATULATIONS to TYFIGHTER3!!!!

Thanks Mod for the Congratulations. Your 5 China picks which you let run for the whole year was a good test on investing in China. I have always thought that when a Soc. Country owns 50% of a Company, it will rape it out of it's growth and all you have to look at is the old Russia for comparison. They will take our money until we wise up.

Thaks Ahambuger, you should get in the 2011 contest. We need to see some of that New Growth in a port to see how it does.

I'll probably watch this year. Thanks for the invite! Maybe 2012 will be the year of the burger.

Agree 2011 will be a tough call... continued slow upward economic progress or fall back into a double dip. Have decided to roll the dice on some high dividend REITs and income stocks. Will continue to hold CMFO, CWS, FUQI, TPI and YONG for some China ADR long term recovery (believe they became oversold). A few points would be appreciated, sell, then pick up more income stocks, as an optimistic play on a long term (albeit slow) recovery.

Sorry I missed this. Thats the way some of us see it! Ty, myself and others had a good discussion going on over on the MT forums for the last part of this year. It will continue in 2011. Join in. The more the merrier!

Ahamburger, I hate to say it but I've been plugging GE this last year but I'm starting to load up on it this coming year. Old growth is new growth.
