I have no idea. I have zero desire to be a vegan, ever.
I only know a couple of vegans and they are often battling with anemia.

If I had a soy allergy, would it be possible to even be vegan? I would say that 85% of the vegan recipes I see are based on tofu or other soy-based substitute products (soy cheese, soy sausage, etc.) We have several vegans in our neighborhood, and my nephew is allergic to soy, so I didn't know if that is the same type of soy. Eating soy gives men large breasts.

I am about to chow down on bacon wrapped around lettuce. Had a hard boiled egg and will have some almonds with raisins, and a little yogurt too. Mmm, mm. Tasty. I eat the food I love, I love the food I eat.

Bacon..... I love food too. I am trying to watch my portions, but sometimes I fail miserably.
