If you take them what are there names? Was on vacation doing a spa thing and the lady that was doing my nails was telling me about her hormone pills. She said they were fabulous and kept her bloating to a minimum and she lost some weight on them. They spelling that all I can remember is they started with a "S". I want to look them up and get info on them. I don't go back to the doctor for about 2 weeks.

FYI the doctor told me that Google was not my friend and to quit self diagnoising. I have a problem I am addicted to google.

The only thing I can think of that might be what you're looking for is Cenestin, kittypuppy. Your doctor is right, though. You really shouldn't be using Google for self-diagnosis. Listen to the doc!

No. I'm not sure if I can trust such pills.

I like to take medical advice from nail technicians. It has never steered me wrong. Why we trust people who spend years studying the body and getting specially trained is beyond me! We should just ask the people who paint our toenails. We could bring the cost of medical care down to $35/hour.

Oh, but they are now called aestheticians. They do nails, facials, massages, and microderembrasion. They are totally qualifed to give medical advice.

I take Estroven Extra Strength. The last time my DH bought Estroven Energy, which I could not tell the difference in the way I felt. I am in a real emotional slump right now from a family event. Any energy boost is welcome.

I take Keto 7 and superoxide dimatase which is supposed to increase human growth hormone in the body. Sleep and exercise also increase HGH. Why? The combination can take 10 years off your face appearance. Also, HGH decreases wtih age.

I could use a nail specialist. I have one bruised toe nail on my left little toe. The right toe nail is significantly thickened but not yellowed like with fungus. I attribute both to walking and playing golf on a hilly course. I used to have splitting issues with both of them. I would say nonsplit is an improvement.
