We fax, but I try and convert as many of my customers to emailing attachment as possible.
We use to be able to fax from our computers - hit "hit print and then enter a fax number" referenced about - but some software upgrade happened and they didn't want to pay the additional licensing costs, so we can't do that anymore.
Also - we don't have scanners - but we each have a "direct fax line" that shows up as a PDF attachment. So if I want to send someone a scan, I walk over and fax it to myself. Then forward it. Does that count as faxing?

Our copier machine will scan and send a PDF of the copy to your computer. From there, you can configure the email address to send it to a fax machine. I don't think we have any standalone fax machines. I'm somewhat surprised fax machines are still around.

We mostly fax. We send sensitive information that many clients don't feel comfortable receiving as email attachments, even though we take security precautions. Our younger clients prefer the convenience of receiving scanned documents, but most of the older ones aren't comfortable with it at this point.
