This isn't a usual Spiritual thread in the sense. What this thread is for is our Spiritual Nature and all the various things we all do to nourish that Spirit. What links us to our Spiritual Nature ?

1. yoga
2. quiet time
3. Prayer time

I do meditation, brainwave entrainment, mantas and chanting and long walks. I'm thinking about joining a yoga class.

I'm not sure I understand the question exactly but I think being responsive to one's intuition is a part of it. Creativity too -a form of expression, objectifying ourselves in the interest of understanding what it is we are. As for my own preferred activities -the exploration of entheogens, altered states of consciousness, sex, music, nature -that's a good one. Preferably all of those combined.  |

Hi Sugi, I find dancing, listening to music and praying for my loved ones very spiritual. I find engaging in numbers spiritual too. One man's spirituality is another man's poison, eh?  But I reckon each and everyone of us is different - hence we may find different things spiritual. |

Funny you should say that Roselia. Back in 1987 I had to go to a psychiatrist for a day long IQ test. I got tested all day with math and science questions, basically I spent 5 hours with numbers. You know that right after and for the rest of that week my third eye chakra was so stimulated, I couldn't believe it.

I love dancing too and exercising when I can motivate myself...Definitely a plus, Shoobz. Dancing is something I have always enjoyed. |
