Since there are no volunteers to help clarkrl2 run a daily update, perhaps, if he may be willing, a Monday opening list posted and Friday close done with final calculations would work. Agree with architecto the T-W-T figures are not of prime importance as only the close at the wire really matters for final W, P & S, with also rans. Those who place entries, could enter comments during the week based on how things are progressing. Or, whatever, it would at least keep things going. It would be a "snap" if the little spreadsheet had a built-in automatic % calculator. Then, even a caveman could do it (assuming he had the time).  |

Of course, it's all Rovo's fault. He booby trapped the race course with rotten Apples! Nevermind the carrots. It was those Apples that hadn't ripened yet! Everyone's waiting until October to get the sweet ones!

Even if he's not the official race committee here anymore, I sure hope he comes by from time to time and lays a bet down...

Congrats Mod...you did good this week! Mine got left in the dust!
I'm one of those computer challenged people. I've never learned how to do lots of things on the computer .... or I would volunteer too help too.
I've never done a spread sheet...never even seen one!...not on the computer. I've done a few hand ones but that was years & years ago.

Kadee, once upon a time I was fairly good at this, but over the last few years have fallen way behind the curve. My heart got quad bi-pass in 2003, which initially slowed me down, then the loss of family members since 2004, 2006 and early this year is wearing on me, then my little stroke late this June has slowed me down to a crawl. Heck, can't properly use a cell phone (so do not own one) due to eyes and tiny display.
I am lost with all the new gadgets and technical stuff. Life is passing me by, so stick with the simple things I know. At least, can still use the basic computer programs and get on/off the internet each day. How long, that is very moot. Well, as long as my meds continue to do their job and keep me functioning. Life getting to be a daily challenge.

Sorry I have not been around much this week.
We were hit with strong winds, knocking the electric out for 26 hours, and when we came back online, I had a fried online computer. My other computer is not wireless, and without a direct landline anymore, a relic.
Talk about olden days and lifestyle choices without electric.
Not much fun.
Mod, I sincerely hope your health stabilizes and improves. You are a valuable human being and the world is a better place with you here.
I will keep you in my mind at Sunday services.
