Well, that isn't my perception. I don't talk about people in terms of "class", whatever that is.

Not here in Hell, Lonewolf. We are very dry and hot. The grass is rarely damp other than the morning after a good rain. Dew is a scarce thing around here this time of year.
Don't know about the cut blades to the hot sun thing. Everybody here mows in the early morning and it doesn't seem to affect anything, but you could be right.

I never could understand mowing in the early morning. Isn't the grass usually damp then? And I've heard that it isn't good to expose the freshly cut blades to the hot sun.
Not here, we are experiencing a drought right now.
It doesn't cool down sometimes here till well after 9:00 pm.

Nobody does that around here that I know of. Lots of people have fire pits and they have fires at night, but I don't think anyone burns their trash. It's not illegal to have a fire pit, but if someone complains about the smoke or something, the police will come around and tell you to put out your fire. Not sure what would happen if a person refuses, since a fire is not against the law. I still wouldn't want to be bothering my neighbors with the smoke, if they had an issue with it.

You know what burns my ass? Leaving it exposed to the sun?

The people who owned our house previously used to burn their trash - not just "burn-able" trash, either. When we moved in, we had to clear out a 5' firepit full of old cans, springs, glass bottles and several decapitated baby dolls. Oh, and condom wrappers. What they didn't burn, they threw out in the woods. We've been here almost 2 years and I still take a trash bag with me every time I walk out there. It's like the trash is leaching up out of the ground!

Leaving it exposed to the sun? that and a flame about 3 foot high All the more reason to cover that hairy butt up.

Good. More left over for the lawn mower.
