hello, question, i moved from maryland to florida in december, it was job related, i still have my apartment in maryland til may 2011 and pay rent for that, but i also had to get another apartment in florida, but do i still have to pay maryland state taxes on my 2010 tax return? they stopped taking state taxes from my pay checks in december cause there are no state taxes in florida, i still have my md drivers license, thanks!

you will need to file a "part year" resident tax filing in MD.... and do not forget the local portion....assuming you actually moved permanently to FL and have changed your residence. Having a driver's license issued by MD when you live in FL may be a violation of FL law (but I am not an expert on driving privileges in MD so you should check with someone with the requisite expertise) You can get MD forms here for 2010... individuals.marylandtaxes.com/taxforms/10forms.asp

As the other poster mention you claim as a part-time resident. You may want to get rid of those MD licenses or check in regards to MD domcile laws because states are getting desperate these trying to collect on income that does not belong to them.
