Just checking in, nothing to really report, still trying to kick ass and my wife has been joining me at the gym the past couple of weeks. I think she's finally on the fitness train, hopefully we can work out together until we're really, really old. At least it gives us more stuff to talk about.

That's great tractor! Hi MM! I have no desire to work out with my husband. He likes to give advice and I don't need any.

LOL. You are a better woman than me! I can't stand his advice, that Mr.KnowItAll. Also, we are so competitive so I would rather injure myself than to let him beat me at something. We are going to start racquetball up again and he killed me the last time (and all the times) we played. I need to take some private lessons on the side or something.

I don't give her any advice unless she asks. At this point she walks on the treadmill, lifts light weights to start the toning process and hits the tanner. At least it's a start.

It is a good start. For me once I made running a habit it was easy. The hard part has been doing weights and stuff on non running days. I don't quite have that down yet.

to both of you. My DH and I have exercised a lot together. Currently I am at a gym and he has stopped for a while. We participated in a lot of sports over the years. Alpine skiing, xc skiing, water skiing, golf and tennis. His focus now is more tennis and once a week golf. The gym, golf and one or two days of tennis for me. I stretch at the gym after 18 holes in the heat. I hope her desire for exercise catches on.

DH won't work out with me. I think I talked him into entering a kayak race with me in july, though.
