I need a good recipe for sodium free/very low sodium salsa. The type that goes good on tacos, baked potatoes, chips. Medium to medium-high temp.
The easier the better. We are on a sodium free/'very low sodium diet but love salsa. Help.
Thanks.

Cut up tomatoes, onions, green peppers and hot peppers of your choice. Add some lemon/lime juice. Mix well and refrigerate until wanted. I think this is technically pico de gallo (sp?). Oh, and and parsley/cilantro to taste. We skip cilantro as we don't like it.
