Did you know that Proboards has the copyright on anything you post here? For those that think you have some kind of control of information after it is posted just because it pertains to you...wrong! Once you post it, legally it belongs to Proboards. And Proboards lets the rest of us comment on it. Once you post it, you lose control of it folks.

I haven't talked about it. I've talked about him posting something private, but I haven't talked about what it was. I didn't even comment when Thyme very factually reported what happened. Isn't this one of those cases where they can claim anything they want, but whether it will hold up is a different matter? Like companies that make you sign something saying you won't work for any competitor, supplier, affiliate... for 2 years after you leave?

Unless a mod or admin locks the thread. And as we've seen before, just because someone posts some information on the forum doesn't mean others have carte blanche to start additional threads on the subject with the sole purpose of harassing or gossiping about the original poster.
And anyone who believes they have any right to the words they post on the internet - outside the confines of a copyrighted blog - should really know better. Facebook and other sites have done this for years.
