a ball after all... Another happy thread just for the sake of it with a message of how some do get over done with making criticism with out knowing the whole story.. In a way , to me , the thread that is setting all kinds of records here too..similar with the condemning and judgments yet after the story is told..fact are known...just a thought... \ as couple said, they were guilty of being oblivious to what was happening till after wards ..just caught up in the moment.. Little boy seemed to be a bit like three so can understand the tears.. NOW hope we don't get the criticism here no, sees the couple have seven kids between them and are not married ...yet..but seems to being taken care of this Sunday.. Was that seven kids between them or did it mean they have seven kids together yet not married..oh well..good luck anyhow .. --------------------------------------- sports.yahoo.com/blogs/mlb-big-league-stew/rangers-couple-tells-side-story-wants-apology-michael-033155855.html

I know that we are all suppose to give every piece of memorabilia to kids that won't even remember getting it, or whatever. But geeze - I hate that rule. So, I've been a fan for 20 years, and I reached into my pocket and paid 3 days worth of salary for tickets, and I spend money every year to get a new t-shirt, and get a new cap, and whatever. I pay for cable so I can watch every game. I totally support the team and then, after years and years of devotion, a ball finally comes within 1200 yards of my section, and I'm expected to hand it over to a 2 year old?
I call bullshit.

Dezi, this thread really belongs in the Sports forum, not the P&M forum. I left the other sports-oriented thread, but I'm afraid we can't let off-topic threads proliferate like this. I'll move this one to Sports and ask that no more off-topic threads be created; especially, when there's another forum where they fit perfectly. Thanks.
