I found a coupon for Domino Light sugar, a combo of sugar and stevia.
Has anyone tried it for baking?
What about baking with Splenda?
Thanks!

I haven't tried it, but I did find a brand of stevia on sale at Grocery Outlet a while ago and I mix that with my sugar for coffee (I put it in a jar until the ratio of stevia to sugar is tolerable for me). I've reduced the amount of sugar I put in my coffee from two spoonfuls to one. I'm not sure how it would work for baking because the measurements would be different--you'd no longer use a full cup if that's what you were using of sugar, unless there had been fillers added to make up the volume. That's what they do with the splenda for baking.
I've tried the splenda for baking before and it worked fine, but the taste is different.--too different for me. I've tried to go toward all-natural and just reduce my intake/portion size instead. I gave the rest of the bag to my dad (who has diabetes).
