I believe this is a maintenance issue and should be resolved shortly.

True story - I'm so used to karmaing (is that a word?) people that I once went to put somebody on ignore and instead I gave them karma. So when the smite button showed up I "fixed" my error. I'm sure I got a spanking for it, but it was worth it. ;D

hey Virgil, I don't know that everything is back up and running. I notice that I don't have a karma button OR a countdown timer. just pointing it out in case you hadn't noticed yet.

"Snow leopard" as a synonym for "really nasty bug". :-\

It's a step in the right direction, but actual bugs have a function. They're only slightly revolting, while saying the same of snow leopards is the understatement of a lifetime.

The analogy doesn't work. It's like comparing "bugs" to a mass of putrefied bloody snot. Clearly the former has more value than the latter. And I'd sooner eat marmalade made out of putrefied monkey snot for a month than walk within ten feet of the depraved uncia.

I notice that I don't have a karma button OR a countdown timer. just pointing it out in case you hadn't noticed yet.

If you karmalized somebody while the scripts were down, the timer won't show up until after the next time you karmalize.

And of course, the "Exalt" command itself won't show up until an hour has elapsed since your last karmalize.

Also, when in doubt, hit "Refresh". It forces the browser to recache all scripts, which can clear up a lot of problems.

I did earlier, no dice. the button's back now, so maybe it was a more recent "exalt" than I thought.
