Does anyone have a really good blueberry or other muffin recipie? I love the big muffins i can get at bakeries but making a mix isn't so good. And, i love the sugary crumble on top as well.

You can use either, shooby, as long as you drain them well before use.

You've said you're not much of a baker, so just a hint for berry muffins--you want to throw the blueberries in at the last minute and then just stir enough to mix. If you end up over mixing them they'll taste the same, but your batter will turn grey and the berries will get a little mushed. Also, if you use frozen, don't thaw them.

Speaking of apple ;D Finely chopped apple is another really great addition for muffins. Add a short teaspoon of apple butter to each muffin cup and swirl it through the batter. I top them with a mixture of brown sugar, white sugar and a dab of butter. Really good!

Anyone have a good recipe for Morning Glory Muffins? I used to get them at the deli in our building and they were wonderful but a little to oily. I'd like to try making them. I looked at All Recipes, but I didn't like any of their recipes.
