Evoltuion is something we see everyday. Cell phones have evolved in 20 yrs from a brick to something that could have powered the first NASA rocket ship that landed on the Moon. Computers were the size of entire rooms and all they could do were math problems. In 1903 if you would have told the Wright brothers when they got their first plane off the ground that we would be going to the moon in less than 70 yrs, THEY would have called you crazy. We see it in the way industry has evolved. Rivers in NA in the early to mid 1900’s were polluted with waste similar to what we see in China today. Yet over time industry has slowly moved into balance with nature and the Earth has been able to clean away the damage that we have done to it, slowly. The industrial revolution itself is a huge example of evolution, we can clearly see this just by looking at pictures of machinery. We can look at the history of the USA and see evolution in the way people have been treated. Starting with the Suffrage movements of the 1820’s moving to the civil rights movements of the 1960’s, to today an African American is the President of USA. During the majority of the history before the creation of the USA, we see how slavery was more than acceptable on every level. That pillaging and carnage were acceptable in society and thing that we condemn Iran and others for, such as public hangings, were all too common everywhere on earth. Our species has had to evolve from ape like beings and teach ourselves to love each other, to not act like savage beasts to one another. We received a huge push around 2000 yrs ago when the war for love was started. Thanks to people like Galileo and Copernicus who were willing to be persecuted for their beliefs, we have been able to continue our evolution with science and math. The two things that help us understand why we are here and where we came from on a physical level better than anything else. The amazing thing about the mathematical and scientific process is that it is showing how our emotions (spiritual side) have been as much of a part of the evolutionary process as anything else. Recent findings have shown how our brains have developed over time and how the brain is still very much evolving. It’s just my guess; one of the first conscious thoughts would have been, “Hey, I can use this stick to hit you and then you do what I say.” “I am king!” Genome Reveals Humans, Gorillas More Alike Than Previously Thought www.redorbit.com/news/science/1112489413/genome-reveals-humans-gorillas-more-alike-than-previously-thought/Is the human brain still evolving? science.howstuffworks.com/environmental/life/human-biology/brain-evolution.htmAre Human Brains Still Evolving? The best thing about evolution is that we are finding artifacts all the time that show we have been using TOOLS to BUILD and EVOLVE our species for a very long time. Recently we have uncovered tools that date back to almost 2 million years ago. This shows that some of our very earliest thoughts were to use our environment to our advantage. If these are our earliest thoughts and evolution is a natural process, the idea of industry is anything but unnatural. Other new evidence recently discovered shows we have been using fire for at least a million years, 300,000 years longer than previously thought. Science has proven that eating cooked meat is a big part of our ability to think and create. This new “fire” fact proves we have had a substantially longer time than previously thought to develop economically. When you consider that right now we classify 3000 years ago ancient history, adding another 300,000 years onto our cognitive thought process is HUGE. It also goes a long way to explaining why there are giant ruins under the water in Japan that we discovered in **** that predate the time line that scientist currently have for our cognitive abilities. However, the most significant new artifact that we have uncovered is a fossil of a human skull. It dates back roughly 11,000 years and clearly shows the cross between us and our earlier ancestors that we have evolved from. I think that one of the biggest things that we are going to have to accept going forward is that the ape like beings we started as, might not have be as un-evolved as we would like to imagine. This also means that the destruction of the library of Alexandria by the Cesar of Rome and the Islamics, was most likely a larger injustice on our race than we can imagine at this point. The one thing that is for sure though, the Masons belief in science, reason, and God has brought us a long way, in a very, very short time. When you look at the history of the USA relative to what is showing up as our true relative economic evolution on this planet, it’s hard to imagine it all ending now when economics is the way that we are all moving forward globally. Forget the last 1000, it's been in the last 100 years that things have changed in a BIG way. 100 years ago we where STILL Walking the Same way we where a 1000 years ago, 300,000 years ago. I can't say for sure that we have been evolving but or TEC sure has.

Really? How many people tried flight before the Wright brothers got it right? That is blind chance. Edison and the Light bulb.. Many others were working on it, but just his luck and evolved brain were the reason for Edison actually coming up with the filament. Disease.... would be like the way industry has gone imbalanced with the Earth, but it still shows us that we can get it back if we work with it... I agree with both you and Mr.Z .. Mr. T ;D. The fact is Mr.Z that 1000 years ago both the middle east and Europe started going towards business and that was what really sped up the evolution of the economics we see today. It also shows that because it grew consistently since then, that there wasn't any other way to keep our species alive and well. Then 100-150 years ago with a HUGE injection of cash more and more realities joined in on the industrial revolution and sped up the economic evolution that we see today. The most important part of the common person getting to enjoy the things that only affluent people could afford during these last 150 years, is that we have really started to treat each other better. Public hangings and cross burnings were all but acceptable 150 years ago in the US, 1960's seen Malcolm X and Memphis, those things are just unacceptable here now and in many places around the globe. And the fact is that if anyone, anywhere, was to publicly lash a man for hours after making him wear a crown of thorns, then make him carry a cross through town while people humiliated him to a hill to be crucified. It would be unacceptable world wide, even Iran and China would condemn that in this day and age.

I think we forget that just 70 years ago Hitler exterminated 6 million people and places in Africa where tribes have been wiped out and other places in the World that atrocities are still going on, on a Daily basis. People haven't changed over time, our TEC has but People hasn't. Isn't it a sin to stand by and watch it happen without trying to stop it? Or is it just our nature to do these things and is it Gods plan to show us these things and come to know that without His Grace and forgiveness we have no chance for eternal life?

I think that a lot of people forget about how, in relation to time, the Holocaust was just basically yesterday. I was reminded about it quite a bit in school.. Brown and Hair and eyes wouldn't have made it in Hitlers world. That and the fact the I lost family in WW2 made it so that I didn't forget I can tell you that.. This is also why I KNOW that we have evolved from a creation that God made, we can see the primate activities in our species all the time, just like you pointed out. I agree that there are lot of places on this earth that are still very savage.. In fact, I think that most people that have been born here and are a few generations away from the "old" world order, tend to over look that we(the western world) are the ONLY places on earth that really have relative peace. We are really still the only place the little guy can make it with being persecuted, mostly... The reason that I point to the 60's, it's really only been since the 60's that we have started to evolve socially and we are just now seeing it on an international level. Interracial marriage's were unheard of and condemned immensely before that time, segregation was everywhere in the community. The N-word, and many other slang words were used to describe people that weren't white, in public, and this was accepted as the norm.. You would find yourself in hot water really fast for that now. Ladies in the workplace aside from the service industry basically unheard of before the 60's, my mom remember my grandma having to sit in the car while my grandpa went into the bar. I could go on but I know you know what I'm saying. A lot of that had to do with tech. Typewrites got the ladies into the office, before that, freed slaves stared to run business and invent things. The civil war was largely organized and eventually won because the north had the telegraph, advance manufacturing to produce more weapons, and a rail road to system to move it all on. These are the same types of things were are seeing in China, Africa and the Middle east right now. The rest of the world is literally 150 years behind us in their development because even thought they have claimed to be communists about the people, they are really a monarchy about a kind on top. This is WHY the communist manifesto was largely sponsored by the Western monarch in the first place, it was about getting that man made kingdom back. Basically, tech and industry has force the social evolution that we have been experiencing here(in the West) over the last 150 years because of.... tech and industry, mixed with FREEDOM! The way I see it, the Ten Commandments are basically a map to treat each other as equals and try to do what we can to bring the kingdom of heaven to earth. It has grown from a little SLAVE religion in Egypt into the BIGGEST religion on Earth and there is a reason for that. I also know that since JC was here, anyone who hasn't believed in Freedom, business, science and math has been left behind. Going forward we have a real chance to all just WORK and leave each other ALONE!!!!!! Below as it is Above or ON EARTH AS IN HEAVEN!!!

Aham, God gave us the 10 commandments to show us how futile it was to follow them because if you just thought about breaking one, in His eyes it was breaking one of them and only through JC we could find forgiveness.

Thanks Dot! It's a great picture. She looks SO happy to be able to boil water.. We could, all it is is a big bag, cow crap, a few parts and buckets; voila NG ready to go.... It's no jokes Dot... It's amazing They are willing to go out and shovel crap with NO BOOTS to have NG for boiling water. That's the kind of ingenuity that this country was originally built on.. "Bag 'o Poo" The next thing is really cool. Fits right in with how we have been developing for much, much, longer than the current scientific time line says. We are being force fed the idea that once the icecaps melt we are doomed. That global warming is going to destroy us and the planet can't be sustained without the current idea of what it looks like. Unfortunalty for the force feeders this is entirely untrue. The fossils that have been uncovered because of "global warming" are painting a much, much different picture. One that says... Invest in CANADA!!! Paleontologists reveal ancient Arctic ecosystem teeming with lifewww.thestarphoenix.com/technology/Paleontologists+reveal+ancient+Arctic+ecosystem+teeming+with+life/6135726/story.html JMO that's right.. Try to Live like JC would have, follow the commandments and understand that we aren't perfect, so we can't expect that of others.

MOSCOW — In the coldest spot on the earth’s coldest continent, Russian scientists have reached a freshwater lake the size of Lake Ontario after spending a decade drilling through more than two miles of solid ice…
www.nytimes.com/2012/02/09/world/europe/russian-scientists-bore-into-ancient-antarctic-lake.html
The US is still drilling! American and British teams are drilling to reach their own subglacial Antarctic lakes, but the Columbia University glaciologist Robin Bell said those are smaller and younger than Vostok, which is the big scientific prize.
"It's like exploring another planet, except this one is ours," she said.
Good night TY,
Good Night World

The Future's So Bright, Glad to hear that Ty.. Check this out.. Edison took all these little stations and centralized them. Just as some have said now it's time to support the central system with a more regional influence. Like the Bank of ND.. Right... ?? Great article Dot, Fits right in with the topic of the "global warming" story above. Life here and out there.. From your article
