I average about 2 gallons a day. The only issue is the amount of time I have to run to the bathroom. I seriously think people at work think I have a blader issue

I do about a 1.5 gallons of water a day, and I am a bit smaller than you...sometimes I think I should cut down, but then again, but I don't drink much else so I guess this is OK.... (once in a while a diet coke (I recently kicked a diet coke habit) or an unsweet ice tea, and every other week I do a day of a few beers)

I average about 2L on weekdays when I'm at work, I have a 1L bottle at my desk that I fill twice. on weekends, I have no idea, it's a lot harder to keep track.

I have no idea. It's a lot. I start the morning with anywhere from 4 ounces to 8 ounces.

I have a 1/2 gallon thermos that I have with me at work. That's pretty much emptied everyday, plus the water I drink in the morning at home, and more after I get home from work.

A lot, but it depends on the weather and my activity level. A normal day, with a normal workout, it's at least 1 1/2 quarts, based on my insultated sports "sippy cup" as my husband calls it. Yesterday, after a 10-mile race, it was three quarts in the two hours following the event, and more throughout the day and night. I finally got caught up today. And I know I was depleted, because I've gone to the bathroom far less than normal.

Try hydrating to excess the day before your race. I'd try it on a long run practice day first.
