I was wonderfully lead. I decided to bake brownies even though I'm reducing eating. Then corn bread sounded great. Later a chicken casserole. I was wondering how many days all that food would last us. The telephone rings. Two of my adult grandsons were on their way out of town and were going to stop in before they went to eat.

My food was hot and ready for them.

I love the gentle guidance I receive in most everything I do. He even chooses my clothing for me. He shows me what he'd like me to buy sometimes.

I ask for a clear word so I know what I need to do, where to go, what to wear, what to eat.

Praise G-d.

At worship today, the pastor asked the congregation to spend one full minute in praise of God each day.
