I had the worst migraine over the weekend. It finally broke earlier this morning. Let me tell you, I am so glad to be here, and in here too!   the bible verse you choose!

So happy to hear that you have some relief from that kind of pain. My mom suffers from headaches like that, I know how bad they can get.

Good morning Ham-- I meant to return here, and wish you a Happy Turkey Day, but got caught up in Life. You know what I mean?    I hope you, and your family enjoyed the day. Ours here is not until next month as you know- Maybe I will diet until then? I doubt it. 

Just returning from a weekend getaway, and while away my mind was bent on the Cross of Jesus Christ, so I am running with his theme for the morning..

Good morning, Ham  .  

My turkey day is right around a couple corners from today- Not real sure what Thanksgiving Day will look like for my family this year- A few changes were made in the last year that sort of rearranged the order of how we will celebrate from now on- Not anything that will prevent our forward movement though- Believe me, there is a lot of multi-facet truths to the saying- The way to a mans'/woman's   is through their stomach.


                                         
We seem to become most agreeable around the central truths for our lives when we break bread together. Family become one in agreement around food- Even if for a short time, and is why we should continue meeting at the table to remember not to forget.

I'm happy to hear you are pushing forward despite the "shake up." I hear you about breaking bread!!! I think the best thing for all in a situation like you are talking about is to try and keep civility in mind..

At least they have 2 the rock!!

Speaking of.. Did you catch that a seal of King Solomon was unearthed?? This is probably even cooler, and I can't think of a better place to post it!

Ancient Greek fort of Acra found in Jerusalem, archaeologists say

Acra dates back more than 2,000 years, to the time of Greek ruler Antiochus IV Epiphanes.

Excavation directors Doron Ben-Ami, Yana Tchekhanovets and Salome Cohen called it a "sensational discovery."

"The new archaeological finds indicate the establishment of a well-fortified stronghold that was constructed on the high bedrock cliff overlooking the steep slopes of the City of David hill," a statement from the team said. "The newly-discovered fort controls all means of approach to the temple atop the Temple Mount," it added.

Acra, which was occupied by mercenaries and Hellenized Jews, was built to consolidate the Seleucid Empire's control over the city. It also played a pivotal role in following years during the Maccabean revolt against Greek rulers.
