Let's play a game, OK. How about refuting the arguments presented, instead of using the conspiracy word, nut jobs, and attacking the person as uncreditable. Let's use logic, reason, and some solid information to have a counter argument.

As a veteran...i have been to over 50 countries around the world. I have been to the Pyramids, and the Mayan ruins, and seen the Great Wall. I spent four years in Europe....can you say the same?

A lot of the articles you all post are fine...and are good bits most WOULD not read....

But you seem to want to "read" into the articles more than what it is.....hundreds if not thousands of animals are killed EVERYDAY in this country and around the world. That is a fact....and poisons are the PREFERRABLE way to kill them. It is cost effective....and as you all know....costs do make a difference nowadays.

That yellow type is really hard to read. What are we supposed to say about the markets. Up again? Making more money yet again? A continuation of the last 22 months +90% increase.

Even in the most serious business, or trading room, or exchange floor, people have fun. You do not have to have 24/7 focus on your stock and fund investments. In fact too much focus can kill you when it comes to investing. Something about not seeing the forest for the trees.

No it is you not seeing forest through the trees. Again I ask why, not what is. I see market going up, you think I can't see the Dow Ticker, it's not hard to find. I'm asking what fundamental changes in economic recovery has happened that will bring about a recovery that so many are claiming. I don't see them on a nationwide scale. I want details, specifics. You boys would do better and swaying opinions if you had the information and economic data to back it up.

I am going to give you a serious answer. Realize that what you are about to read is simply MY OPINION.

I don't care about "economic recovery".
I don't care about "fundamental changes".
I don't care about "swaying opinions".
I don't care about "nationwide scale".

I do not mix general politics and general economics with specific investing.

In fact, I might even agree with some of the info you post if the discussion was the future of the country, or our political system, or how we are being screwed by the government and politicians, or how our constitutional rights are being taken away and how we are heading toward being a police state, etc, etc.

But that has nothing to do with my investing. ALL I CARE ABOUT IN MY INVESTING IS THE SPECIFIC FUNDAMENTALS OF THE COMPANIES AND BUSINESSES THAT I OWN IN THE FORM OF STOCKS AND FUNDS.

This is why I do not personally get into refuting all the irrelevant stuff that the D$G pumpers post. I do not think that way when it comes to investing. And.....since what I do has worked for me for the last 30-35 years of investing and has worked very well even during the past ten years, I continue to do what I know how to do. It is that simple.

Thank you!! Finally someone has the guts to put it out there. We don't agree, but that's the problem, most pumpers give nothing to work with.

A few things I think you are missing, is the economy and the individual stocks are important. Where you put your money and following the economy is important as reading a companies financial. If you miss this step, you miss a big step in planning out your investments and asset classes to invest in.

Second point, these aren't last 30-35 years. Things have changed, economics has changed. It's a new era.

Watch the Dollar, inflation at the pump and grocery store. Whether or not you care, just pay attention, and watch what happens. Good chance for 150-200 dollars a barrel by year end.

When it comes to investing and what makes a difference we just do not agree. No big deal. I have my personal view and you have yours. When my style of investing stops working I will reevaluate. Till than I continue to do what I do, how I have always done it.

Fair enough. Agree to disagree and that's fine with me. You have been one of the only pumpers to explain to me why they pump. I doesn't matter if we agree or not, I just haven't like the lack of reasoning on this board, and pumping just to pump.

That is the whole point I've been trying to make this week.
