LOL, nah NP, she's happy that the conversation is taking place. God bless you and Mrs K! i know what you mean.. i seriously couldn't do it again. i loved nursing but wow.. the lack of sleep was killer.. and now that he's nine, he wants to argue everything... i really want to beat my head on the wall... Ah yes, my 6 well almost 7 yr old is all about that as well. I always try to flip the situation around. So he says why? You say why not? Then of course it's the I don't want to.. Then I always go into the I don't want to go to work all day, but I do because being responsible is doing the right thing. By that time you've had time to take a few deep breaths and think of a great punishment if they still don't do what they are supposed to do.  |

I hope everyone is enjoying this weekend.
Me and the Mrs. Started off at our favorite place...about a 1/4 mile from our house ..an old brick building with wood beams...large wood fired oven...we know the staff..and the band that plays there. First time we saw them ..I thought ..oh shit!...they look like three accoutents...Check please!....Well they belted out some Clapton...Blind Faith, Hendrix ( little wing..my fave) Behind the joint is a Rail yard...Trains coming through or just ideling.....Nice!
Today we went to church ..a tiny Episcopal church on the lake...We brought a Friend with CP....I just use her for the great parking! Nice day..We hung out at a cottage...enjoyed the Lake.
Little tired today...we did a 20 mile bike ride on a green way and country road excursion.
Tomorrow we get to see our newest family member..potentially....Faith the Rottweiller...We shall see

LOL K... my mom was a "wait until your dad gets home" type...
My dad worked nights...He was that strange man sleeping upstairs. He went by his middle name. I was 10 when I learned he had a different first name.....Why the hell is that guy calling my dad Joe..his name is Kevin...I had no idea....My parents names are Joseph and Mary.....and all the time They said Jesus Christ ..where is the Kman.....I thought my name was Jesus..starting to look like him with the beard...only not that nice...and the whole miracle thing...forgetabout it.

I only kept the beard at Mrs. Kmans request..It is my natural face. I don't miss shaving...I'm just happy to have hair at my age...not really all that gray.
My mother says that her grandfather was like this. Kept his dark hair throughout his life. I asked how old was he? She said..well into his 60s!!!.............What!!!....Uh Ma!! You do realize how old your son is ...Yes....That kind of puts me in my twilight years

I know we have some experts here with regards to statistics. There should be a way to show relevancy.
These days a person can be a celebrity for merely hiring a good publicist. No body of work ( Paris Hilton) and yet be famous. I have no idea of who most of these people are that make headlines....Strange days indeed.
