Taft, Roosevelt, Wilson, and the voters of that time all believed that they were the masters of their own destiny, much like those of the most recent election. The fact is, however, that Roosevelt was a pawn and the voters were generally ignorant of the schemes of the bankers. Wilson was not POTUS material, which is exactly what the bankers needed, and why they financed the whole operation, not just "their man" Wilson. It's history, I'm not making this shit up. And history is repeating itself as we speak. Hillary may well have thought she was a shoe in........obviously she wasn't and she all but destroyed McCain's chances to win. Ah I missed the premise , the deep conspiracy theory..sorry not into conspiracy..not saying never happens, possible , I am just not into it, sorry.  |

"Wilson was not POTUS material", now I know two who definitly thought along those lines...you do know who I speak don't you...{this is a history quiz by the way. Ok a hint, they didn't like each other either but their dislike for Wilson actually made them friends again, brought them together in fact and one , after all other morners left, went to the grave of the other after his passing and wept for long time. }

Actually I don`t think there has ever been any question on to whether Obama was a citizen, the only question raised by fringe groups was if he was a natural born citizen.

I guess tin foil hats are getting more layered nowadays?  |

It was planned to end at midnight last night , I screwed up a bit so there was about 15 plus more hours...interesting in a way, think we seem to be evenly split on left and right but on certain facts , to me, reason is reason and posters made some sense. Doesn't take away from the important differences, but here at least the stupidity is overshadowed by reason and common sense, at least for a little while. No just kidding. Nice to see the results Kudo's to all who took part and participated on the discussions. Nice to see  |

I'm with Rush- this is a rope-a-dope. They want to nail the right by getting some elements all excited over this and then they will "suddenly find" the birth certificate (which certainly exists) just prior to the election 2012. The President could put a stop to this any time he wanted. Instead, he's playing a cynical political game with the issue by allowing this question to hang out there.

I imagine palmbeachpaul you want President Obama to produce and show his original birth certificate and end the debate. If he decides to show it, who exactly should President Obama show it to that would unequivocally end the discussion once and for all?
