This is a thread from FED watch that I would like to share with everyone, it's something that should be watched as it will shape the world as we know it going forward.. China has announced that they are joining Russia, the Arab league, Israel, the West, and India, in condemning the violence in Syria. This leaves only Iran as the supporters of this tragedy. Meanwhile the UN has just released a paper saying that Iran is most likely producing nuclear weapons. I know, big surprise right? However, again Iran finds themselves standing alone, well ok they have Venezuela. If you look at how China is now co-operating with world powers on terrorist issues, and how they are saying they want to work in co-operation in places like, Afghanistan. It would appear that China has decided that stability in the region is in their best interest. really? That's a shocker. It's not like they have a million problem of their own. Free Enterprise FTW. Is China in danger of losing its wealthy class?

Could we see an uprising in Iran 12-18 months from now?

Yes, Iran has the raw stuff, plenty of crude oil, but apparently has never developed the refineries to produce the fuels needed to produce that corn or wheat or enen to fill up the Iranian family car.

That's exactly it guys. There isn't going to be an all out war, it's all about stability in the reign. China is now pushing that. We know that lots aren't happy with the current regime.. We know that people are ready for something, and that the Iranian govt is as paranoid as anyone on this planet. They have already lashed out and said that the "west" will use the elections to destabilize the country, so my question is; IF the uprisings start there, how far does the Ayatollah go? I can't remember what D&G thread it's on, but my prediction when this all started(Arab Spring) is that it would come down to them(Amidabigba) using their bomb, or having to conform to Free enterprise and go down as a laughing stock. some bit of danger here, countries have often, in he past, used crisis and/or war to divert their populations attention from poor domestic situations.

Yes and unfortunately for the Iranian people, they could be the target because the would most likely try to nuke their oil facilities. With this latest assassination there is no doubt that shit is going to hit the fan this coming election. Especially when you consider that Syria is now trying to "change". I think the Syrians have finally figured out that their last Allie could be next.

It is more than apparent now that the socialists(people against Capitalism) have used our free press against us 100%, just look at how most of this conspiracy crap centers around the immoral USA, and how the evil (Jewish)bankers have destroyed and enslaved everyone. That the USA/CFR and it's allies have destroyed what is right and good in this world, and that this fake "democracy" is about to collapse. Look at who is really saying all of this, then consider what is really going on. IRAN WARNS WORLD OF COMING GREAT EVENT Says 'evil hegemony' soon will be defeated by power of Allah www.wnd.com/2012/02/iran-warns-world-of-coming-great-event/ If we go back to 1933 we see another man who spoke this way, we know he true intentions were to kill democracy, and yet WE stepped up to stop it I thought that the USA and it's allies were ENSLAVING people, isn't that the conspiracy? Reichskonkordat en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reichskonkordat AKA, HITLER[/i][/u], was talking about all the sheepe on fantasy island....

This VETO is something that you have to watch for a couple of days to get an idea of why. IMO, China sided with Russia so that the Arabs and US/EU are now squarely in the same camp.. UMM.... Huge!! The Arabs are now turning around and blaming Russia for the bloodshed because they are saying that Syria is Russia only real allie in the region, which is mostly true, but we have the Arabs speaking out on cracking down. This will come in handy later when the Saudis/Arabs are trying to decide if women can do the same things as men can do. Then of course the Chinese are saying that they weren't convinced that this plan wasn't going to lead to civil war. Now that civil war is imminent in the country anyway because of the shelling, and as if China didn't know that if the Syrians got the veto they wouldn't try harder to crack down. It's going to be impossible to not let an intervention happen. Why am I confident in China's end game of stability? Chinese seeks reconstruction role in Libya www.reuters.com/article/2012/02/05/us-china-libya-idUSTRE81404F20120205China deepens ties to Arab Gulf states while rejecting Western curbs on business partner Iran www.dailyjournal.net/view/story/187549a5e4224336a6f138a6e3eef52e/ML--Gulf-The-China-Connection/ Next stop, Iran.

Anyone surprised that Russia is now condemning the Violence? Calling for a UN intervention along with everyone, except China. So now China has to decide what happens in the Middle East!!!!

It would seem that everything is coming to a head in the Middle east. Prime Minister Harper has meet with BN from Israel and President Obama is set to do the same on Monday, they both want to see a peaceful resolution to the matter, however, they have both said that they stand by Israel right to defend themselves. We all hope that it will not come down to a confrontation between the two and it's really up to Iran if it does. China has repeatedly stated that they want a peaceful resolution to the problem in Syria and the Iran nuclear situation. Which goes to the point of this thread, that CHINA wants stability in the region, and will due what they have to to make sure these violent uprising stop here and don't spread any further, because they cannot have these spread on a massive scale to their own country. The Iranian elections are underway and Amidijaba looks to be on his way out. Iran is claiming these to be peaceful and a demonstration to the stability of the Iranian republic, however, they control the Internet, and there have been reports of Iran security forces cracking down a head of these elections. According to some Iran people the Arab spring is destend to come to Iran because they are trying so hard to cover up the fact that it has already started. Some other problems for Iran now Include Russian banks closing accounts on the Iranian embassy and Turkey stepping up pressure on them to back an intervention in Syria. Turkey is also starting to fear Iranian money flowing into their county and the effects this will have on business with the EU, if Iran doesn't start to co-operate with their Chinese and Turkish friends over the next few months there is going to be some kind of "resolution" on Syria without them, leaving Iran and most importantly, the Ayatola completely isolated.
