How will this impact the markets? Strangely coincidental, the major Indices are DOWN in spite of encouraging economic news.
I'm understanding that this will prompt a whole new version of the hit TV series: FAMILIY TIES. It isn't what you know, it's who you know and how deeply they can be implicated into the dark pools of puppeteering and racketeering.
Sounds like fun but, will anything get done? How many JOBS does this create?

They have not widened the number of "families" affected nearly enough. Should the roundup not include the GS family, The JPM family the BOA family etc?  |

Wy... we're aligned in this discussion. I have NO DOUBT that these folks will spill into those "institutions" as well as a number of Law Firms, CPA groups and all other pariah who have to have a Jones for the Dollar but not the Integrity to work honestly for it. The end of Organized Business Crime could be at-hand and a major blow to Class Distinction occurred today.
I have a MASSIVE RESPECT for the post- WWII Italians who immigrated to America and brought outstanding craftsmanship and a drive to make better lives for their future generations. Too bad they couldn't see ahead to the kids of their kids. Too many were handed privleges they didn't earn and leveraged that skip ahead for Roman Greed and lifestyles so out of whack it isn't funny. I think it's absolutely essential to photograph hands at these proceedings and match them to known historic pics of Grandpa and Grandma. There will be NO comparison.

It's all taking shape, Decoy. THIRTY years ago, we discussed the play-out of when first generation baby boomers would begin to retire. WE swore we would keep a firm hand on the rudder (in credit) to ensure no one caused EXACTLY what is occurring now. How did it happen? Simply... because WE were ready to hold things steady, criminal-intent terminated us so they could have free run of the vault. Did and done. It was fun. I see these arrests as the very TIP of a very large iceberg. The problem is-- there is a criminal in every nook and cranny. We cannot afford to wait this out. I am curious about how we will rein in Roman Greed.

'Change' V-L, 'Change.' You now SEE the utter disgrace for one. And you know SEE what lies ahead. Why it was you as a first one on the old board (and only one) that said to me, "Keep your eye on the prize Decoy." And V_L , I have done more of my share of homework than many could ever realize. This get's really good V_L, most will still be here and reflecting on the past quite heavily.
I suggested a read and I do sugest for you as well the same one. A mere 101pgs and excellent example, 'THE EPIC OF THE MACCABEES' by V.Mindle & G. Cornfeld. Get a hold of it, read it, come back and tell me what you SEE and share with me what is different from then and now. Then you will SEE as I have said all along nothing more is different than modern technology and creativity from.

"Eye on the PRIZE"... most people have no clue what the "prize" is/was in the first place. I'm not trying to be vague or mysterious... it doesn't matter how complex plans are for the fruit. If you destroy the cultivator, land and step on the sprigs... you don't get the fruit so any and all plans are futile. If you can't cook, don't eat. LEARN how to cook, so you CAN eat. Mandate the ability to cook, not right to eat.

The Mortgage Bankers Association threatens higher rates any time it doesn't like anything... won't see any perp walks for these guys  |

How will this impact the markets? Well I guess it had little effect if any at all and rightfully so. As the PUMPITY PUMP continues the little train that could is still doing it.
Nothing is going to stop the disease outside of a permanent breakdown in which construction is wide open to view and commencing. A handful of scapegoats amongst 350 MILLION here in this town is suppose to actually do something. Well it holds some investors confidence in SHAM-WoW.
