I Hope you might remember my last posting over on YM< well I did find you over here..................
I was the one with the "catastrophic Catalytic converter problems" stranded 200 miles from home.
My local Ford dealership treated me very well, and the truck is now repaired.
I did ask if I had any recourse for reminbusement for my tow and rental, and was told to write a letter, with all bills, and they will submit to Ford.
Is this an excercise in futility or should I try and do you have any inisghtful wisdom in what might be most helpful toward success?
I appreciate

Well, I did write that letter, enclosed bills, and brought it to the local Ford dealership to forward to whoever. I will let you know what happens (but dont hold your breath, please, as I am guessing 3 weeks or more for a reply)
