I've been using the Pink Roses since it was put on. I also like the Spring Rain. Namaste Moonie and the Mods who done these beautiful new skins.

I was surprised to lose my snowman skin over the weekend. Mainly because we're just starting to get snow here and it's definitely not going to be spring for a couple of months or longer. brrrrr. I think I'll switch to the spring rain.

how do you use these?

salsera, you go into your profile and scroll down until you find the drop down for "default skin".. just choose which one you want.. there are way more than just these 4, however.

a side note: the skins that start with v (vSilver, vUncia, vMoonlight, etc) didn't always play nice with internet explorer. They were known in the past to occasionally cause people to be unable to access the board after switching to them. not sure about now.. they are awesome skins, though.. if you use IE and choose one of them and can't get in after, you can just email the board address and i can switch it for you if necessary ([e-mail])

Moon I use IE and my non seasonal skin choice is vMoonlight. I've never had any problems or issues. But thanks for the heads~up on it.

i would guess the issues stemmed from down level versions of IE (IE7 maybe)... the skins that start with "v" are all made by Virgil, and i know he does do cross-browser compatibility testing.. however i'm sure he uses the most recent versions so it's not always possible to know if an older version works properly.

With the roses one, is there is supposed to be black text and sometimes a dark greenish text at times? Some of my links are the dark greenish color, but there is no rhyme or reason for it that I can see...

I have IE 9 so maybe that's why I have no problems. Plus my new computer helps as well.

i may consider eggs. but crosses, probably not.

though prayer requests are fine, my preference for the board has been no religious 'topics' for a while now. so, to do a christian theme would be directly opposite that preference.

you may have also noticed that my holiday skins were non-denominational. that's because i'm sure we have several different religions represented on the board and if i do Christian holidays, i should also do Jewish at the very least. And frankly, i don't care to get into all of it.

Well seeing that the only person who sees a skin on their screen is the one who chooses it I dont see why it would have an affect on any one else to have those as a choice.
