I often read that this works great but I am on my second time on it, once after my first back surgery and now after my second. I don't seem to get any benefit so I just think it is strange how people do.
Anyone been on this, has it worked?

The pain after the surgery has lessened but still there so I guess their SOP is a course of this if still in pain at the two week check up. All it is doing is giving me heartburn not the throwing away the walking stick and doing the jig others have mentioned. So no it wasn't what I was given immed. after surgery. Could I have bad hips, I dunno but this relentless hip/lower back pain is not nice.
To take a break I did try 3 325mg of aspirin, no joke it did nothing, I am not a happy camper right now. Hence my other post on the hydrocodone.

hmm interesting because I asked about PT and he says that is nothing something they recommend. I did not have a fusion I had a left then right laminectomy. Maybe I do just have arthritis down there. I am not sure when to just give up and live with it.

Honestly I can't remember why he said he didn't recommend it, maybe later. I have CRS syndrome. I actually had to write down what I was going to say to him to get my point across. The medical community is not serving me well I think. I have some things to sort out for myself.
Oh and thank you Chef and lonewolf, it is nice to be able to talk about things.

I have been with the dogs but it sure hurt, it is such a part of my life that I amazed that other people I know don't have back pain, if you can understand that. I see them do things I am a like "doesn't that hurt?"
