hmm....recipes? I'll post whatever strikes your fancy, but these are my favorite go-to no/low carb meals: broiled/grilled whitefish with pico de gallo and a veggie veggie and egg scramble with bacon stir fry by itself or with a little rice - pick a protein granola and cottage cheese parfait (you can substitute yogurt) chicken and corn chowder caprese salad chicken and vegetable soups and sashimi is always an option.

Chicken cordon bleu with non-breaded chicken? (never had it without breading, but suppose it would work fine) Is chili low-carb? I've never tried to specifically low-carb anything...

Thanks, Chive. Question: What is your fave whitefish? whatever's on sale at the market. actually, any fresh one will match well with the citrus in the pico. I like tilapia and haddock for broiling and grilling. I'll use swai, but I like that better when it's shredded into fish tacos. same idea, but you'd be adding the carbs for whatever shell you wanted to use. so to season the fish, I'll either dry-rub with Montreal chicken seasonings or just a light S/P, or I'll cilantro-lime marinate before cooking.
