My twin children graduation from college in May, and are no longer living at home. Since I paid their expenses for more than 1/2 the year, can I claim them as dependents? Does my claiming them as dependents affect the eligibility for financial aid of the child who is currently in grad school?

if the children are under 23, yes, they are still your dependents....and because you can claim them, they cannot claim themselves (even if you decided to forgo the exemption and let them "claim" themselves, they cannot)
as far as financial aid, there are too many variables to consider.....
