Many of those jobs titles listed under "Arts" are questionably categorized. I could argue that being a Data Base Administrator is an art as well as a computer programmer. It also showed Marketing Manager under Arts.

Well, at least I got editor right! SF, I think the categorization is fine, if you look at it as BA vs. BS (which I think the article is doing).

Marketing is a BA? Not in my college.
I got more than half wrong - but really, in many cases the difference between the two salaries on average, across the country was less than 5%. It was pretty much a toss-up. Oh, one made $97,716 and the other makes $99,271 - I should have know - because that difference is so meaningful!

It also showed Marketing Manager under Arts. It may be inaccurate to call marketing an art, but I'd argue it's even less accurate to call it a science.

I think it is very difficult to categorize some positions. At my college, the difference between a BA and a BS was mostly determined by how many foreign language credits you took, not the major. Thus, DH has a BA in Environmental Science.

Econ is a BA at some schools and a BS at others.
