not just a holiday thing. I broke 200lbs for the first time in my life last night, I hit the scale at 201. Not sure how far I want to go, maybe 220? I seem to be making some good weight gains lately and have been starting to lean out at the same time. Now if I can stay away from all those cookies, I might even be able to see some abs by next spring.

Good job!
I have to say I haven't been to the gym in two weeks and my eating has been horrible. No weight gain, but I'm losing definition in my arms and my jeans are tighter. Oh well, as soon as Christmas is over things will slow down and I'll get back on track.
Karma to you for improving during the holidays!

Thanks SK, I know most people look at me weird when I tell them I'm trying to gain weight, but I just have different goals than most people. I hurt my back dead lifting last Saturday, so I've had to take a few days off, it might be just in my head, but I think my muscles have used the down time to grow a little. I guess it was time for a break anyway. Happy holidays.

The weight comes in the area of the waist which doesn't help when I try to buckle my pants. The fat really needs to get off before boating season starts. I want to girls to oogle me (drool) when I hoist the sail.
