I also got a survery from MSN and I too let them know what I thought of them closing the message boards. It is so sad to see them gone, but I am glad to see that so many have come over here.

I took the survey at home and at work and gave them the worst score in every way. The suggestion for improvement was go give back our message boards.
They won't care but at least they can't brag about customer satisfaction.

I think in time MSN will miss our posts. I'm sure we've given them ideas over the years for relevant articles. Oh well, out with the old, & on with the new!

So maybe this is a bit too soon, but there's something a little freeing about the old boards just going poof. All that personal stuff that we've shared, even if it was anonymous, is completely gone. Can't be found later. Didn't get left up there in an archived format that we can't go edit, it's just gone. Like it never even happened. There was a lot of good information that went poof too, but I'll take the silver lining.
