That's okay, HG. I'm a sucker for a sad story and have rearranged my clients so that I'm off on Friday. I'll zip by your place and have it ship-shape in nothing flat. Er...so long as it isn't any more than 3000sf. About four or five hours. Meanwhile, you can play on the boards. Howzat for a Christmas present? ;D
