My husband still tries to maintain his weight (no lose)...he's going to be 41 in 10 days...he's damn lucky I've never smothered him in his sleep DH has to go to the gym to work out with weights several times a week to keep any bulk... About a month before our wedding he ordered a CASE of World's Finest Chocolate bars. I. Could. Have. KILLED. Him! I made him hide them from me... and he's damn lucky I still fit in my wedding dress. LOL, sounds like my husband. When we were in our 20's, he used to drink all kinds of "weight-gaining" products. He does spend about 10-12 hours a week at the gym lifting weights, but even when he's slacking on lifting he doesn't gain anything....I smell food and I gain five pounds

I lose weight when I am extremely stressed. I just have no appetite. It doesn't make up for the rest of the time where I gain.
