Reading this thread made me want hot chocolate since I don't drink coffee. But, that also can have almost 400 calories and 15 grams of fat in a single cup- depending on the recipe. Not worth it.

i'm not one for the seasonal drinks...or sweet drinks in general...i do enjoy some kahlua in coffee though...

2 ways to cut calories in a Starbucks drink-
Ask for skim milk or soy milk (we all know that we love those venti cups- so we're not going to order a tall or grande)- if you have a Starbucks Gold Card- you can get it for free (yes, I have one) The whipped cream is 20 calories according to the website- but remember- it's not measured so if you are that worried about it- you can cut the whip and any extra flavored syrups too.
