drain sauerkraut. saving juice. rinse the kraut.
add kraut and a sliced onion and some garlic cloves to the CP.
drain a can of diced tomatoes. mix the tomato juice w/ the kraut juice and add pepper to it.
add pork and veal chunks.
pour about 1/4 of the juice mixture over the top.
cook on low. it is a pretty tasty dish.
