dredge thick bone in pork chops in seasoned flour. lightly fry til brown.
in the bottom of the CP, put a sliced onionn, some garlic cloves, and some thick sliced potatoes. then add chops. pour a jar of mushroom gravy over the top. add some sliced fresh shrooms.
cook on low all day and smells yummy and tastes even better
